• head of department of neuro-ER of Scientific Institute of Emergency n.a. N.V. Sklyfosovsky,
• board member of Association of Russian neurosurgeons,
• member of European and World-wide associations of neurosurgeons,
• member of Superior certifying commission, chief editor of "Neurosurgery" Journal,
• vice-chairman of Moskow neurosurgical society.

Under his direction on regular basis are working educational sessions on neurosurgery for neurological surgeons and for physicians of related specialities from many different cities and towns of Russian Federation. Thus, for the time of existance of our Center, have passed the following events, where the head was scientific executive Vladimir Victorovich Krylov:
