Intraoperative Neurophysiology

The II^nd Whole-Russian academic forum “Intraoperative Neurophysiology” was held on October 12, 2022 in St.-Petersburg. The Chairman of the Forum was Mikhail V.Aleksandrov, MD, PhD, Professor, and Head of clinical neurophysiology department of the Russian Scientifi-Reseach Neurosurgical Institute of A.L.Polenov (a branch of the National medical research Center of V.A.Almazov), a functional diagnostic physician.

Clinical lectures, demonstrations, specialists’ reports were presented during the forum; the participants also discussed topical issues of intraoperative monitoring. The neurosurgeon of our Center, Dr.Evgeniy A.Lekhnov presented his report on intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring of facial nerves in cases of vestibular schwannomas.
