The VIth conference on the surgery of cerebrovascular diseases

The VIth conference on the surgery of cerebrovascular diseases was held in Kaliningrad during July, 25-27.

Our Center was presented by two neurosurgeons: Jamil A. Rzaev, Physician-in-Chief, with a report on “Surgical treatment of hemifacial spasm” and Andrey V. Dubovoy, the head of neurovascular division with a report on “Modes of brain aneurysms’ clipping”.
Doctor Dubovoy’s report was awarded with the first place in nomination of “The best surgical experience”.

It's worth to note that the reports of all conference participants were at a very high professional level. Each report of the conference was followed by long debates. This indicates a high level of dedication of people dealing with this issue, discussed topics.

Of course, after the conference there were excursions that allowed participants to get acquainted with Kaliningrad’s sights, as well as to visit the Curonian Spit and the resort town Svetlogorsk.
