WFNS Meeting in Belgrade

An outstanding neurosurgical event in the framework of the World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies was held during March 21-24, 2019 in Belgrade (Serbia). Scientific program of the event was very eventful and very interesting. Detailed scientific program can be found here.

There were about 500 specialists participating in the meeting. Colleagues-neurosurgeons from all over the world come to Belgrade. Russian specialists took part in plenary and sectional sessions. Our Center was presented by Dzhamil A.Rzaev, Physician-in-Chief. He presented his report on “Osteoplastic orbitotomy in treatment of orbital tumors”.

The Organizing Committee headed by Professor Lukas Rasulich performed formidable work. The Conference was organized on the highest level. All the participants of the conference, the guests of Belgrade, were carefully surrounded by the atmosphere of friendly warmth and Balkan hospitality.

It should be noticed that good relations between Russian and Serbian neurosurgeons had been established long ago and still have friendly and warm nature.
