March 26, 2015, a regular meeting of the Association of Neurosurgeons of Novosibirsk and Novosibirsk region was held, experts from different neurosurgical departments of the city were attended. The meeting was led by Vyacheslav V. Stupak, MD, Professor, chief of the 1st Neurosurgery Department of Novosibirsk Research Institute of traumatology and orthopedics.

Doctors of the Federal Neurosurgical Center invited the patient who had undergone surgical removal of cavernous angioma of the midbrain and peduncle cerebri dexter. The patient responded to questions about the health at the time immediately after the operation and at the currently moment.

Vyacheslav Stupak commented surgical case, said that the example is very revealing and currently microneurosurgery opportunities expand, allowing to operate with a good functional outcome patients with serious pathology.
