A School of Practical Otomicrosurgery

A School of practical otomicrosurgery was held in Novosibirsk on November 25-27, 2022. The following specialists were among the invited speakers:

Sergey Y.Kosyakov, MD, PhD, Professor, Head of otorhinolaryngologic department of the Russian Medical Academy of Continuous Professional Training, consultant of the Central Military Clinical Hospital of the National Guard (Moscow);

Fyodor A.Syroezhkin, MD, PhD, Professor of otorhinolaryngologic department of I.I.Mechnikov North-West State Medical University, the lecturer of otorhinolaryngologic department of S.M.Kirov Military Medical Academy (St.-Petersburg).

The lectures on ear diseases, temporal bone surgical anatomy, possibilities of surgical treatment of chronic otitis were delivered during November 25-26. Temporal bone dissection was performed. After that the students trained their practical skills on laboratory materials.

The conference continued on November 27, 2022 at the premises of the Novosibirsk Regional Clinical Hospital.
