Participation of a specialist of the Center in the practical school “Endoscopic endonasal surgery of skull base and hypophysial fossa”

A practical school with cadaver dissection “Endoscopic endonasal surgery of skull base and hypophysial fossa” was held in Kazan on September 16-18, 2021.

The practical course was meant for the specialists interested in the high technologies in endoscopic surgery of skull base and hypophysial fossa. The course consisted of 2 parts: theoretical and practical ones. The theory included educational lectures on surgical anatomy and live surgery. Dr.Ekaterina V.Golmolysova, a neurosurgeon of the neuro oncological division of the Federal Neurosurgical Center was one of the faculties. She presented her report on “Complex removal of anterior cranial fossa with extra-, intracranial expansion”.
