The IInd Siberian Neurosurgical Congress

"Dear colleagues and friends!

The II^nd Siberian Neurosurgical Congress is over. It was a very important event not only for Novosibirsk, but also for all Siberian neurosurgery and, perhaps, for all our Russian neurosurgery.

Congress organizers – doctors and employees of the Federal neurosurgical center tried to do their best to make the Congress a memorable event in our professional life.

The Congress lasted for 4 days. Practical pre-meeting courses were hold at the premises of the Federal neurosurgical center during July 17-18. Plenary and sectional sessions were hold in the congress-center of “Novosibirsk Marriott” hotel during July 19-20.

The total number of participants was 220 specialists from different regions of Siberia, Novosibirsk, Moscow, St.-Petersburg, Far East, Chicago, Portland (USA) And Asahikawa (Japan).

We are planning to hold scientific and educational events in the future in the framework of the Siberian Association of neurosurgeons. At present we have already started preparations for the III^rd Congress that will be held in July 2020 in Novosibirsk."
